I believe we need to do is what i read in a previous post --torture these ppl in a public place and let all watch. make it clear that we will NOT tolerate crimes such as this or anything that hurts another human being MOST of all a child or the elderly- but nobody, no one should endure this suffereing-not even one time.

stone him to death, and let all others who choose to watch- watch. force the criminals to watch and then these crimes will begin to drop.

also, instead of building more prisons, how about an island surrounded with man eating sharks (i mean caged in all around the island) instead of building prisons, feeding these losers and housing them for what? , build a surround of man eating sharks and dump off the drug lords and rapists and let them all live together . no guards to pay except video when they go in the water to take a bath-jaws sink into their evil flesh.

it is such a simple solution...then watch crime rates drop. it's too simple tho! when will this country stop giving REAL criminals human rights? it's sickening!

How the hell does someone rape his 11 year old daughter and does jail time in the 70's for it and when released is able to still reside with his daughter in the same house hold and be near children???? Well..I'm not by any means saying that this IS the correct answer but b/c he was kidnapped and this creep threatened to kill his parents and him..common sense says he was afraid to come forth and ask for help for fear that his or his family would be found and killed. He was severely abused by this man he was afraid for his life. When your a kid you don't think Oh I should do this I'm sure he had his thoughts about it, but acting on them would be a very risky task. Only Hornbeck knows what he was truly thinking. And also this man needs a trial. Why? Who cares if he is 'mentally' unstable. He can stay in prison with his 'mentally' unstable self. Even if there were meds to help him you don't just let someone out into public there are times someone would forget to take their meds, run out, or just stop taking them and risk another kidnapping or murder..I wouldn't even trust him, and a Physic ward. No he don't deserve that. If he has thoughts of killing/abusing another life he deserves to be locked up forever and ever away from society.

nobody ever stops to think if the boy wanted it and was a willing partner. Nobody cares about his feelings and his own needs. Society tells us that we must wait till 18, but our bodies tell us to do it alot sooner. This is what sends children into the arms of predators, because it forces the teens to find their own partners, and that could lead to disaster or a good experience. But no one seems to consider that the child initiated it or that they could be a willing partner. They automatically assume the adults rape the kid. A very sad society.

And who says all sex with a non-human is abusive?
I have see dogs being penetrated anally, no harm no distress by the dog. Even veterinarians put their fingers on dogs ass to do check ups. Is only abusive is the dog is in pain or getting hurt, of if the dog is forced. If the dog doesn't mind and he can handle a human penis then that is not animal abuse (it is gross but is not animal abuse)
PS: Those dogs where adults and not children, those dogs can slit your throat if you abuse them, you think the mother would have allow that to continue if the dogs where in danger or where abused? To me it sounds that the guy had non-abusive sex with the dogs, he shouldn't be prosecuted for animal cruelty. Being gross with an animal shouldn't not be illegal.
PSPS: I do support animal abuse laws, I don't like when dogs are abused in anyway (even sexual ways) but at least I can tell the difference between non-abusive sex and animal abuse and rape.

Heavy cig smokes need to learn they don't have it in thier rights to poison others, especially to let their chain smoking extend into hallways and other residences. I've seen pot smokers with more decorum. Put a towel bottom of the door and blow it out the window. People like this woman smoking indoor, lethal cigarettes, around their pets is disgusting. A tiny dog ha to live around that shit.
This guy has every right to take legal action against her. I don't know why everyone here is so slanted about it. Who wants someone's second hand smoke filling their young child's living space?
